We deal in freshly prepared food items and restaurant products.
Due to the perishable nature of food, returns are not accepted once the order is successfully delivered.

Orders can be cancelled only before the order is prepared or dispatched.
Once the food preparation has started or the order is out for delivery, cancellation will not be allowed.
Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed as per the refund section of this Policy.

In such cases, the full amount paid by the customer shall be refunded.

3. Return Policy

Since we sell consumable food products, returns are not applicable once the order is delivered.
However, refund may be considered in the following cases:

Wrong item delivered
Missing items
Food quality issues
Spillage during transit
Completely damaged packaging making the food inedible

The customer must report such issues within 2 hours of delivery along with photo or video proof.

5. Refund Processing Time

All approved refunds shall be processed to the original payment method only.
Refunds are generally credited within 5–7 business days after approval.
We are not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateway partners.

6. Mode of Refund

Refunds will be issued through the same mode of payment used while placing the order:
UPI
Debit Card
Credit Card
Net Banking
Wallets (if applicable)
Cash refunds are not supported.

7. Role of Payment Gateway

We use secure third-party payment gateways for processing online payments.
We do not store any card, UPI, or banking details on our servers.
All payment-related data is handled directly by the payment gateway providers.

All order will be deliverd within 35-45 minutes of estimated arrival time (EAT) of train at abu road station.
